Many county employees and members of the community came through for a local animal shelter as part of a holiday giving project spearheaded by Potter County employees’ union, Local 389-C (AFL-CIO), Bins were placed in county buildings for donation of items to help Teachers Pet Rescue of Coudersport. The shelter operates on a small budget and is a true labor of love for Roger and Kris Arbogast. Among those on hand to receive the many bins of items that were dropped off by Local 389-C was this jolly puppy, one of the shelter’s newest arrivals. The Arbogasts expressed their appreciation to the union and to all those who supported the drive.
