A designated panel of hospitals and doctors for county employees’ worker compensation cases will be circulated in the pay envelopes of Friday, Feb. 25. The list below can also be printed from this website.
Authorized providers for medical care are Charles Cole Memorial Hospital in Coudersport and Soldiers & Sailors Hospital in Wellsboro. If the emergency room personnel refer an employee for follow-up care, an authorized provider must be used.
The authorized providers are: Dr. James Barke, Shinglehouse; Dr. Michael Callahan, Galeton; Dr. Bruce Fink, chiropractor, Coudersport; Dr. Jason Tronetti, Port Allegany; Dr. Bradley Giannotti, orthopedics, Coudersport; and Dr. Lawrence Wei, opthalmologist, Coudersport.
